Introdução
Para executar um grande plano, você precisa de metas claras e mensuráveis.
Um dos desafios em torno da sustentabilidade é o quão gerais são as conversas. "Precisamos reduzir as emissões de carbono" "Precisamos de combustível limpo" etc. Mas, infelizmente, há muito poucas conversas claras com objetivos específicos. Isso muda com Speed & Scale. Construído sobre OKRs, o plano Speed & Scale esclarece a direção que precisamos seguir para salvar o planeta. (Co-escrito por John Doerr)

Você não encontrará o Sabiá na lista de Key Results, mas o resultado do Sabiá está diretamente relacionado ao sucesso do 6.1 (e de alguns outros também).
Os OKRs são uma ferramenta fundamental para salvar o mundo e podem ser usados por nós todos os dias para orientar nosso trabalho e entregar o resultado. Ambos são importantes.

Estou feliz que você perguntou. A resposta é muito. Em primeiro lugar, estamos trabalhando para salvar o planeta, ao lado dos agricultores que atendemos. Nossos esforços como empresa e seus esforços como Bover contribuem diretamente para o sucesso da 6.1 (estamos rastreando 5,1 milhões de toneladas métricas de remoções de carbono baseadas na natureza)
Através da medição (BovImpact), sequestro de CO2 e reflorestamento (Sabiá), rastreamento e melhoria da produção (BovPilot/BovDairy) e outras ferramentas, também estamos ajudando a reduzir e rastrear a pegada de carbono de carne e do leite. Isso é fundamental para o 6.1 e para o 3.3, onde nossos esforços podem promover a produção de carne bovina e laticínios de menor impacto.

If you read through the Key Results, you'll see how each one is well-defined and has a measurable way we will know when it is achieved.
You'll also notice that none of the Key Results are initiatives. An initiative is how the Key Result is achieved, not the outcome of what is achieved. You won't find Sabiá on the list of Key Results, but the outcome of Sabiá is directly related to the success of 6.1 (and a few others too).
OKRs are a key tool to saving the world and can be used by us every day to orient our work and get stuff done. Both are important.
What does this have to do with us?
I'm glad you asked. The answer is a few things.
First, we are working to save the planet, alongside the farmers we serve. Our efforts as a company, and your efforts as a Bover, contribute directly to the success of 6.1 (We are tracking 5.1 million metric tons of nature-based carbon removals)
Through measuring (BovImpact), reforesting (Sabiá), tracking and improving production (BovPilot/BovDairy), and other tools, we are also helping reduce and track the footprint of beef and dairy. This is key to 6.1, and 3.3 where our efforts can promote lower-impact production of beef and dairy.
